Returns & Refunds Policy

At Chapter Two Wholesale, we aim to provide premium pre-owned fashion curated to a high standard. This policy explains your rights and our returns process in a clear and transparent way.

1. Right to Return

All customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned within a further 14 days after notification.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Items must not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed after receipt beyond reasonable inspection.

Due to the nature of pre-owned clothing, minor signs of wear consistent with our grading policy do not qualify as faults.

2. Return Costs

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Once returned items are received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe an item is significantly faulty or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence.

If a fault is confirmed, we will advise on the appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement where applicable.

 

5. Wholesale & Bundle Orders

Due to the curated nature of wholesale bundles:

  • Variations in colour, style, and size are expected and do not constitute grounds for return.

  • Our grading standard allows for a small proportion of minor imperfections, as outlined in our Condition & Grading Guide.

Returns will only be accepted where items fall significantly outside the stated quality standard.

 

6. Condition of Pre-Owned Items

All items sold by Chapter Two Wholesale are pre-owned unless stated otherwise.
Each garment is professionally washed and prepared; however, pre-owned fashion naturally carries unique characteristics that reflect its history and authenticity.
