Returns & Refunds Policy
At Chapter Two Wholesale, we aim to provide premium pre-owned fashion curated to a high standard. This policy explains your rights and our returns process in a clear and transparent way.
1. Right to Return
All customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned within a further 14 days after notification.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Items must not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed after receipt beyond reasonable inspection.
Due to the nature of pre-owned clothing, minor signs of wear consistent with our grading policy do not qualify as faults.
2. Return Costs

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
3. Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe an item is significantly faulty or incorrect:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence.
If a fault is confirmed, we will advise on the appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement where applicable.
5. Wholesale & Bundle Orders
Due to the curated nature of wholesale bundles:

Variations in colour, style, and size are expected and do not constitute grounds for return.

Our grading standard allows for a small proportion of minor imperfections, as outlined in our Condition & Grading Guide.
Returns will only be accepted where items fall significantly outside the stated quality standard.
6. Condition of Pre-Owned Items
All items sold by Chapter Two Wholesale are pre-owned unless stated otherwise.
Each garment is professionally washed and prepared; however, pre-owned fashion naturally carries unique characteristics that reflect its history and authenticity.
